All photos in the website are provided by manufacturers for illustration purpose, colour of actual item may defer due to lighting from the photo.

 

Dimensions:

* All dimension provided in the website are sometime estimated, rounded up to the nearest millimeter and inch.

 

Payment:

– All payment will be paid in cash, cash cheque or through bank transfer upon delivery on the spot.

– No payment is required prior to delivery, otherwise stated.

 

Delivery:

* All item Deliverey & Installation free of charge unless otherwise stated.

* Delivery & Installation will take up 1 to 5 working days upon confirmation unless otherwise stated.

* *A surcharge of $30 will be incurred for delivering to places such as Sentosa and Jurong island.

 

Invoice:

* A PDF delivery order/invoice will be send to you after order confirmation via email.

* Should there be any error please notify us within 24hrs upon confirmation.

* Please keep the delivery order/invoice for warranty purposes.

 

Damage policy:

* If there is any damage/defect of item upon delivery/installation, please notify our installer immediately. We will arrange for a re installation with new item asap.

* If damage/defect is discovered after the installer has left, we will not be responsible for the damaged products apart from those covered in warranty.

 

Warranty:

* All item purchase comes with at least 1 to 2 years of warranty depending on the manufacturer.

 

Return and exchange policy:

* All installed products are non return and exchangeable.

* Do ensure the products are being checked and is in good working condition before signing on received Delivery Order.

*Plus65 Digital Lock has the full discretion to decide whether the items are in a condition suitable for return and reserves the right to reject any returns if they are deemed unfit for return

*To and Fro transportation charges will be incurred for all return/exchange items.
